How requests are handled

  • Owner Lounge reports are reviewed in context and may result in hiding content, requesting edits, deletion, or use restrictions.
  • CHAIT PLUS purchases, cancellations, and refunds follow App Store or Google Play policies and purchase screens.
  • Vehicle records are stored on the current device by default, so check your backup before deleting the app or changing devices.
